Which payment methods do you accept?

What does it mean if my order status is “Processing”?
This means we’ve successfully received your order. Once it has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and the status will be updated to “Completed”.

How do I return a product?
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Important: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear, swimwear, or beauty products.

Why can’t certain items be returned?
Products like underwear, masks, and beauty items are considered hygiene-sensitive. To protect customer safety and maintain hygiene standards, these products cannot be returned. This is a common policy shared across the industry.

Do you cover return shipping costs?
No, return shipping costs are not covered. We advise customers to use a trackable service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

What if I received the wrong, damaged, or missing item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if any item is incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing. Be sure to include your order number and a photo showing the issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to process a return and receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll get a confirmation email once your return has been handled.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the amount will be sent to your bank within 5–7 business days of processing.

When will my order arrive?
After your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Will all items be delivered in one package?
In some cases, items may be shipped separately for logistical reasons. If this happens, don’t worry — your remaining items should arrive shortly. For questions, feel free to contact us.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change the size or color of your item, please contact us within 24 hours. After this window or once the order has been processed, changes can no longer be made.
