Discount codes issued due to sizing are non-refundable and final. We do our best to display product colors accurately, but we can’t guarantee your screen will match.

We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, and to cancel products or change pricing at any time. Products may differ slightly from their photos. Size deviations of 3–7 cm for clothing and up to 1 cm for shoes are possible.

If a package is returned due to non-collection, we may charge 50% of the purchase price. If a delivered package is missing, contact your shipping provider for a loss confirmation before contacting us.

Orders are shipped from warehouses in Asia, America, or Europe based on availability.

Right of Withdrawal: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Underwear, masks, and beauty products are non-returnable. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders. This may include orders using the same billing/shipping info or customer account. We’ll try to notify you if your order is changed or canceled.

You agree to provide accurate, current billing and account info and to update it promptly as needed.
