Return Policy

When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins the day after the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) receives the product.

During this period, the consumer is required to handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer must return the product with all accessories included, and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, following the clear return instructions provided by the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Taimi Atelier within 14 days of receiving the product, in writing or via email. After this notice, the product must be returned within 14 days. The consumer must provide proof of timely return, such as a postal receipt with a tracking number.

Received the Wrong Product?

Mistakes can happen! If you received the wrong item, simply email us a photo of the incorrect product at info@taimi-atelier.com. Our customer service team will review your case and assist you promptly.

Received a Damaged or Defective Product?

While we strive for top quality, a faulty item may occasionally slip through. If your item arrives damaged:

  • You do not need to return it
  • You can keep or dispose of it
  • Just send us an email with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product

Return Exceptions – We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The product is an underwear, mask, hygiene or beauty item
  • The product has been altered or modified
  • The product is not in its original, saleable condition (unless defective due to our error)
  • The product is not in its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund
  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping
